HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for the order to be processed and completed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We sure do! International shipping is also handled via USPS and international shipping rates will become available during the checkout process. Please be aware all international purchases are final and are subject to duties and/or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to accept returns of merchandise in its original condition within 14 business days from receipt. All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. It may be returned by registered mail to the address provided below. Please include your packing slip or a note with your order number, name, and email. You will be refunded the amount you paid to us excluding shipping costs. Please allow up to 30 days for the return to be processed and completed. All sale items and international orders are final sale.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS WRONG OR MY MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED?

We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but if you do notice an error or if you receive damaged goods, please email fernwoodbarbers@gmail.com and we will make sure we correct the problem. Please include your name, order #, and email when emailing customer service so that we can better serve you.

DO YOU CHARGE TAXES?

By state and federal laws we are required to charge sales tax on all products shipped to Illinois.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?
